Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 slice(s) pork loin(s), approx. 1-1.5 cm thick
- 200 ml ketchup
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 6 slices of toast
- 1 shot of cream, condensed milk can also be used as a substitute
- little fat, for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk together the ketchup, mayonnaise, cream, and paprika until a smooth sauce forms. Then, brown the pork loins in a little fat. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Toast the bread in the toaster until golden brown. Place the fried pork loins on the bread and drizzle with about 3-4 tablespoons of sauce.
