Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 9 large chocolate kisses (Dickmanns)
- small chocolate kisses for garnishing
- 250 g quark
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- ½ liter cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cake base, dark
- chocolate flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Combine the quark and lemon juice in a bowl and stir until smooth. Separate the large Dickmanns from the wafer bases, crush the foam and chocolate coating, and fold into the quark. Fold in half of the stiffly whipped cream. Enclose the cake base in a cake ring, pour in the quark mixture, and smooth it down. Refrigerate for one hour. Then, sweeten the remaining cream with vanilla sugar and fill it into a piping bag. Decorate the cake with the small Dickmanns, wafer bases, cream balls, and chocolate flakes as desired.
