Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour (wheat/spelt, not whole grain)
  • 100 g psyllium husks
  • 50 g seeds (chia, pumpkin seeds, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 450 g water
  • 1 cube of yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

First, weigh and mix the dry ingredients. I always do this directly in the mixing bowl. Next, add the water, then the yeast, and knead quickly. Then transfer the dough to a baking pan. Turn off the oven, turn on the oven, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about one hour. Then, immediately remove from the pan and let cool uncovered, as otherwise it will become mushy. The calories are calculated using chia seeds. Calories may vary slightly with other seeds. Calories per 100 g: 127 kcal.
