- 125 g sausage, mettwurst (tea sausage)
- 25 g processed cheese
- 1 small onion(s) (shallot), small dice
- ½ gherkin(s) cut into small cubes
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, small cubes
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely diced
- ½ tsp mustard (extra)
- 1 tsp remoulade
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder (heaped)
