Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce, naturally fermented
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 2 cl Cognac (brandy)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with a slightly smoky note

Mix everything thoroughly. Marinate the grilled food in it a good two hours in advance. The cognac can be omitted if desired.
