Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g goat’s cheese, the mild
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, in rolls
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • 5 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • Rosemary, chopped, 5 needles
  • Salt
  • Chili, fresh or ground
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients well. Season with salt, chili, and Worcestershire sauce.
