Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour, possibly 600 g, depends on the quality
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 12 g salt, possibly 16 g
- Water, room temperature
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine flour, olive oil, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Then, with the motor running, slowly add enough water until the dough starts to pull away from the bowl. Roll out the dough thinly onto a baking sheet, spread with Dieter’s tomato salsa (database), and top with whatever you like. I don’t reduce the salsa for this recipe! Baking time: middle rack, fan/convection oven, 190°C, about 30 minutes.
