Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 500 g tomatoes, pieces
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced (frozen)
- 1 small jar of corn
- 2 onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
- 200 ml cream
- ½ point Herbs de Provence (frozen)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ jar red wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the peanut oil in a large pot, add the onions and garlic, and cook until translucent. Add the ground beef and fry while stirring. Add the mushrooms and carrots and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously. Deglaze with the red wine and add the passata, tomato pieces, and corn. Add the cream and herbs, stir well, and season to taste with about 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. This is enough time to cook pasta in boiling water with a tablespoon of oil.
