Make a roux from margarine, flour, and milk. Sauté the finely chopped onion and the chopped (or crushed) garlic in the margarine, then dust with flour and deglaze with milk. Add tomato paste to taste, and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Finally, add the cooked ground beef. Delicious with any type of pasta. Without the ground beef, it can also be used as a sauce for stir-fries.
