Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 bunches of fresh dill
- some salt
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp, leveled butter
- tsp flour
- 200 ml cream

Pluck the dill from the stems and finely chop. Set aside. Roughly chop the stems and boil in water, just covered, with a little salt and a splash of white vinegar, for 15 minutes, then let cool slightly. Make a light roux from the butter and flour. Whisk this well with the cooled dill stock and cream, then cook everything until smooth. Add the chopped dill and cook for another minute. Season to taste with a little salt, white pepper, and a splash of vinegar.
