Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g hand cheese
- 200 g Limburger
- 200 g Brie(s)
- 200 ml coffee cream
- 250 g butter
- 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200 g cream cheese

successful and easy
Place a pot or nonstick pan on the stove and heat over low heat. Trim the edges of the Brie and chop it up along with the Harzer and Limburger cheeses. Add the coffee cream, the chopped cheese, and the cream cheese to the pan and melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Once the ingredients have melted, add the coarsely chopped butter and melt while stirring. Remove the pot from the heat. Add the baking soda and stir well. Finally, stir in the caraway seeds and the cup of sour cream. Tastes especially good with fresh bread.
