Dill Sauce

The perfect dill sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Condensed milk
  • 1 tsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Chopped dill
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  1. Mix the mayonnaise (preferably homemade) with the condensed milk and vinegar, stir in the dill (I usually use the frozen one) and season with salt and a little sugar.
  2. Let it steep before serving so that the dill taste comes out nicely.
  3. We always have this sauce with fondue, it goes well with poultry and pork.
