Ingredients

  • 1 small cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Condensed milk
  • 1 tsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Chopped dill
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Mix the mayonnaise (preferably homemade) with the condensed milk and vinegar, stir in the dill (I usually use the frozen one) and season with salt and a little sugar.
  • Let it steep before serving so that the dill taste comes out nicely.
  • We always have this sauce with fondue, it goes well with poultry and pork.
