Dill Sauce
The perfect dill sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Condensed milk
- 1 tsp White balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Chopped dill
- Sugar
- Salt
- Mix the mayonnaise (preferably homemade) with the condensed milk and vinegar, stir in the dill (I usually use the frozen one) and season with salt and a little sugar.
- Let it steep before serving so that the dill taste comes out nicely.
- We always have this sauce with fondue, it goes well with poultry and pork.
