Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml vinegar
  • 60 g sugar
  • 40 g dill, frozen
  • 3 pinches of pickling spice for cucumbers
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 1 shot of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dissolve the sugar, vinegar, and water in a saucepan. Crush the peppercorns and add. Then add the dill and pickle seasoning and bring everything to a boil briefly. Pour the mixture into a clean bottle while still hot and seal immediately. Store in a dark place. The vinegar will develop its full aroma after about 3 weeks. Pairs well with cucumbers or fish.
