Snack: Goat Cheese Rolls

- 10 Yufka triangles
- 150 g Goat cream cheese
- 1 Pointed peppers green
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Milk
- Crushed red pepper
- Salt
- Peel the bell peppers, remove the seeds and the membranes and cut very finely.
- Mix the cream cheese, paprika and egg (retain approx. 0.5 egg yolks) and season.
- Place the cheese mixture on the Yufka triangles and roll them up, bend the edges so that the mixture cannot run out.
- Place the rolls in a small baking dish.
- Mix the egg yolk and me together and coat the Börek with it.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
