Ingredients
- 60 g Arugula
- 50 g Goat cream cheese
- 3 Cocktail vine tomatoes
- 2 Baby peppers
- 20 Fresh cranberries
- 1 Shallot
- 0,5 tablespoon Flower honey
- 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar with date
- 4 Basil leaves
- Cubeb pepper
- Espelette pepper
Instructions
- Cut the cranberries into slices and mix with the honey. Put aside.
- Cut the shallot and bell pepper into rings. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Place on a plate with the rocket. Add the cranberries. Pepper and mix well. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- Cut the goat cream cheese into slices and place on the basil leaves. Add to the salad. Pour some Espelette pepper and the olive oil over the cheese.
- Serve immediately.
