Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, natural (alternatively crème légère or sour cream)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 pack of cream cheese, natural (or Balance)
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Herbs, mixed, fresh, frozen or dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Always suitable – with grilled food, raw vegetables, steamed vegetables, boiled potatoes or as a spread.

Combine all the crème fraîche and cream cheese in a bowl. Finely dice the onion and add it. Crush the garlic and mix everything thoroughly. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and herbs. Then cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
