Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, floury
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp, heaped harissa or alternatively sambal oelek
- n. B. spice mix (steak seasoning or barbecue seasoning)
- e.g. basil, dried
- e.g. dried oregano
- salt and pepper

Thoroughly wash and brush the potatoes with their skins on. Cut them into eighths or quarter small potatoes. Mix the egg with harissa and the spices to a paste and coat the potato wedges in it. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with salt after baking, if desired. All kinds of dips go well with this dish. These potatoes serve two as a main course, and four as a side dish.
