Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups sour milk (cream sour milk)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Crush the garlic, finely chop the chives, hollow out the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Add everything to the sour cream and stir together, then season with salt and pepper. Tastes great with baguette and grilled meat.
