Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 bunch of spring onions (with fresh green parts)
  • ½ bunch chives
  • a few stalks of basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple, delicious with potatoes

First, combine the low-fat quark with sour cream and milk until creamy. Thinly slice the spring onions, chop the basil and chives, and stir everything into the quark. Season the dip with salt and pepper and add more milk if needed, depending on the consistency.
