Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 20 ml beer
  • some flour, for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 11 minutes

Place flour on the work surface and make a well. Crumble the yeast into the well and fill with lukewarm milk. Mix all ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes. Divide the yeast dough into thirds and roll each piece into a ball. Roll each out on a floured work surface and top with desired toppings. Place the topped pizza in the oven at the highest temperature for 5-6 minutes.
