Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bag of brown rice
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 small corn cob
- 200 g broccoli
- some vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the carrot and broccoli into small pieces and steam them with the corn. At the same time, cook the brown rice. Remove the corn kernels from the cob. Mix the cooked rice with the vegetables in a deep pan. Add a little water and the appropriate amount of vegetable stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Make sure there’s a little water at the bottom to prevent sticking.
