Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 bags of cream stiffener
  • 12 large chocolate kisses
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 cake base (recipe under wiwi’s quick cake base)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chocolate Kiss Cake

Whip the whipped cream with cream stiffener. Separate the wafers from the marshmallows and reserve for decoration (separating them is best done with a sharp knife). Fold the whipped cream into the low-fat quark. Then stir in the marshmallows. (Do not use a mixer!) Add a few squeezes of lemon juice, to taste. Then spread the mixture onto a cake base. Top the cake with the marshmallow wafers. Can be eaten immediately. Otherwise, refrigerate.
