Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pineapple
- 230 ml almond milk (almond drink) or other plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp honey, optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, optional
- 500 ml pineapple juice, optional

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pineapple sorbet from America
Cut the pineapple into small pieces and freeze overnight. Mash the frozen pineapple pieces in a food processor. Slowly add the milk. Season to taste with honey and/or lemon juice. You can now serve the sorbet, or you can fill a glass halfway with pineapple juice and pour the sorbet on top. In America, it’s served with juice, and the sorbet is piped on top as a decorative topping.
