Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg(s), including the yolk
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp anise, ground
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup(s) milk
- ½ cup(s) cheese (shredded cheddar cheese)
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Corn arepitas with cheese
Boil milk with salt, sugar, and anise, stir in butter. Sprinkle in flour, then stir in the eggs, stirring constantly! Let cool slightly, stir in the cheese, form into small tarts, and fry in oil.
