Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 peppers, green
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 small bell pepper(s), green
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt, to taste

Appetizer from Chile
Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Then dice the flesh. Crush the garlic clove and chop the chili pepper (removing the seeds first!), as well as the onion and bell pepper as finely as possible. Mix everything in a bowl. Then add the parsley, toss everything with 4 tablespoons of oil, and season with salt. Serve with white bread.
