Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 400 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tsp cocoa powder
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 100 g condensed milk, sweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 150 g sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Makes 20 slices For the pastry, mix the butter, icing sugar, and eggs with a hand mixer. Gradually stir in the milk. Add the flour and baking powder and mix in. Halve the pastry and stir the cocoa powder into one part. Pour the light pastry and the chocolate pastry onto separate baking sheets, smooth it out, and bake at 160°C for 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the cream. Beat the butter, condensed milk, and vanilla paste until smooth and fill a piping bag. Cut the baked pastry into equal-sized strips. Pipe a strip of cream onto half of the pastry strips. Place the remaining pastry strips on top and top with the sour cherries. Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the slices in a thin stream.
