Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small flatbread(s)
- some tofu (vegetarian gyros), or smoked tofu
- 50 g sour cream
- 100 g yogurt
- some cream or milk
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some salad
- 1 small onion(s)
- some pepper, tomato and cucumber
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
vegetarian
First, fry the tofu in a pan with a little oil until crispy and brown. Then, in a bowl, combine the sour cream and yogurt, then thin it out with milk or cream (as desired). Season with garlic, pepper, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg. Wash the lettuce and cut it into 1 cm wide strips. Slice the onion into rings, along with some cucumber, tomato, and pepper. Cut the flatbread in half and spread it out a little. Fill with lettuce, tofu, onion, cucumber, tomato, and pepper, and pour the sauce over it.
