Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 burger buns
  • 6 vegetable sticks, frozen
  • n. E. lettuce leaves, peppers, cucumber, onion rings
  • n. E. ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, vegan salad cream
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • n. B. fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

“Fast food” vegetarian or vegan

Choose your favorite lettuce and vegetables, wash them, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the frozen vegetable sticks according to the package instructions. Briefly bake the burger buns in the oven or air fryer. Top the burgers with ketchup, mustard, etc., and lettuce according to your preferences. Sprinkle with fried onions, if desired. A simple vegetarian dish for when you’re in a hurry.
