Combine the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining 4 ingredients. Add a splash of milk and mix everything with a mixer (with beaters) until a smooth batter forms. Roughly chop the chocolate and add it last. Using 2 teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space (about 4 cm) between them (the cookies will spread during baking). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Remove the cookies from the baking sheet using the baking paper and let them cool on a wire rack.
