Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 apples (Granny Smith), peeled and pitted
- 350 g cranberries, fresh
- 1 small lemon(s), washed, pitted, and finely sliced
- 225 g sugar
- 1 dl water
- 50 g cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large skillet. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and continue stirring until the cranberries pop and the mixture thickens. Stir in the remaining cranberries. Let cool and rest until ready to serve. Serves approximately 10.
