Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pear(s), ripe, alternatively 1 apple etc.
  • 1 Habanero pepper(s), fresh, or other chili pepper
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp quince jelly
  • 200 ml raspberry vinegar
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 dashes balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Chop everything into small pieces and cook for about 1 hour, then puree.
