  • 40 g yeast
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and zest
  • Jam (rosehip jam), for filling

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Make a dough, let it rise. Form into round balls, let it rise again. Then fry them in hot oil (160°C). Fill with rosehip jam.
