Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Fat, for frying
  • Sugar, for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a dough. Scoop two teaspoons of doughnuts from the bowl and fry in hot oil. If you like, you can roll the doughnuts in sugar.
