  • 4 tbsp RAMA Cremefine for cooking (or cream)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder (hot)
  • 100 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Salt

  • olive oil
  • 3 slices of cheese (Gouda), young

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Cut the baguette in half and make a creamy “sauce” with the cream, cheese, and spices. Spread it on the bottom of the baguette. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the ground beef, frying until crumbly. Dice the onions, add them, and sauté lightly. Crush the garlic, add it, and add the tomato paste. Pour in the cream and water (with the vegetable stock stirred in), stir, and simmer, stirring occasionally. Season with oregano, salt, pepper, and Tabasco (or chili powder or sambal oelek), and stir in the chopped basil just before cooking. Spoon the Bolognese sauce onto the baguette and place the Gouda cheese on top. Bake the baguette for 5-10 minutes.
