Instructions

Whisk the quark with the cream cheese and garlic paste until smooth. Finely dice the cooked ham, cucumber, and bell pepper and stir into the mixture. Add the herbs, season with plenty of paprika, salt, and pepper, and serve. TIPS: Goes great with French bread. A few fine chili rings in the spread are also delicious, along with some cress. VARIATION: Spread the spread on toast/baguette/halfed rolls, sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese, and bake in the oven at 200°C for a few minutes. This makes a super tasty snack, for dinner or for spontaneous visitors/parties.
