Dreadys Raffaello Cream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of confectionery (Raffaello)
  • 150 ml coconut milk/cream, unsweetened
  • some sugar
  • 50 ml cream
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)*
  • strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as dessert cream or to refine fruit cakes

Sweeten the coconut milk, mix with the cream, and soften the Raffaellos a little. Then mash the Raffaellos well with a fork and fold in the quark. TIPS: This cream is perfect as a cream on strawberry cake with unsweetened strawberries. For this, I recommend sprinkling a little powdered sugar on the sponge cake and scattering the strawberries on top. The cream should be firmed up with a little cream stiffener if desired and refrigerated until shortly before serving. Fresh pineapple also tastes great with it. *If you want to make the cream as a dessert, I recommend using a little more quark (approx. 300-350g instead of 250g). However, the sweetness is fine for a cake cream with unsweetened, fresh fruit.
