Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large onions
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil for salad
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Own creation

Peel and finely dice the onions. Then add salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and oil and mix. Let it sit for about half an hour. Tastes great with grilled food! And since the onions are no longer spicy, children will also enjoy them.
