Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oil (safflower oil)
- 25 g vinegar (honey vinegar)
- 25 g vinegar (balsamic vinegar)
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 shot of vermouth (Noilly Prat)
- 50 g apples, finely diced
- 50 g bacon, finely diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Leaf salad dressing
Mix the ingredients. Sauté the bacon and apple brunoise and add it.
