  • 25 g vinegar (balsamic vinegar)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 shot of vermouth (Noilly Prat)
  • 50 g apples, finely diced
  • 50 g bacon, finely diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Leaf salad dressing

Mix the ingredients. Sauté the bacon and apple brunoise and add it.
