Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups of crème fraîche with herbs, approx. 150 g each
- 2 cups of yogurt, approx. 150 g each
- 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dill, also dried
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Liquid sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with any salad or salad bowl
Combine all ingredients. Use the desired amount of dill. Add a little liquid sweetener at the end; 1-2 dashes will round off the dressing. This dressing pairs wonderfully with many types of salads and all kinds of raw vegetables, such as cucumbers, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, corn, onions, and more.
