Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 50 g salt
  • 500 ml water
  • 375 ml spirit vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 375 ml rapeseed oil
  • 215 g mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for 1.5 liters of dressing

Put everything in a bowl and whisk. I do this with a hand blender. Pour the dressing into a large container and refrigerate it. I always make 1.5 liters, which is enough for about 6 salads—depending on your needs.
