Drink: Banana Turmeric Shake
The perfect drink: banana turmeric shake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Banana
- 250 ml Almond milk
- 8 Pc. Ice cubes
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Turmeric
- Mix all ingredients in a high-performance mixer until foamy. Fill into glasses and enjoy with a straw :-)) Turmeric is not only very healthy, but also gives the shake a great yellow-gold color.
- As a variation you can e.g. also puree 2 tablespoons of cashew butter or 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or cinnamon. This is my personal favorite drink in summer 2016.
