Drink: Peach Liqueur

The perfect drink: peach liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Peaches fresh
  • 1 kg Rock sugar
  • 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 0,7 liter Wheat grain
  1. For the liqueur, wash, halve and core the peaches. Cut the peach meat into cubes. Pour into a well-sealable container, add the rock sugar, add the pulp of the vanilla pod and top up with the wheat grain.
  2. Now the whole thing has to rest for at least 4-6 weeks and until the sugar has dissolved you should shake a little once a day. After the 6 weeks pass the liqueur through a cloth and fill it into pretty bottles. I wish you all the best in copying and I say cheers.
