Drink: Peach Liqueur
The perfect drink: peach liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Peaches fresh
- 1 kg Rock sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
- 0,7 liter Wheat grain
- For the liqueur, wash, halve and core the peaches. Cut the peach meat into cubes. Pour into a well-sealable container, add the rock sugar, add the pulp of the vanilla pod and top up with the wheat grain.
- Now the whole thing has to rest for at least 4-6 weeks and until the sugar has dissolved you should shake a little once a day. After the 6 weeks pass the liqueur through a cloth and fill it into pretty bottles. I wish you all the best in copying and I say cheers.
