Drink: Blackberry Liqueur
The perfect drink: blackberry liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Blackberries fresh
- 1 kg Rock sugar brown
- 2 Vanilla pods
- 1,4 liter Rum knows
- I put a lot of liqueur on the weekend so that our association can properly stock the booth at the Christmas market. You can already find raspberry and blueberry liqueurs in my cookbook.
- Carefully select blackberries and sort out bad fruits, only wash very briefly so that the fruits do not crush. Put in a suitable container. Slice the vanilla pods and add to the fruits.
- Pour in the rock sugar and fill everything up with the white rum. Close the jar tightly and shake it daily for the first week. Let the approach stand in a cool place for at least 8 weeks and move it from time to time.
- After the waiting time, the liqueur is filtered through a strainer cloth and then filled into pretty bottles. The liqueur is a nice souvenir from the kitchen and you can treat yourself to a sip from time to time.
