Drinks: Apricot Milk

The perfect drinks: apricot milk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 20 g White chocolate
  • 5 piece Soft apricots from Seeberger
  • 4 cl Apricot liqueur
  • Some almond brittle *
  1. Chop the apricots and warm them up with the milk and chocolate.
  2. Lather up with the magic wand. Pour in the apricot liqueur.
  3. Divide the hot, slightly thick milk between two glasses.
  4. Whip the cream and garnish the milk with it. Scatter some almond brittle on top.
