Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 duck breasts
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 4 stalk(s) spring onion(s)

Thoroughly sear the fatty sides of the duck breast. Sear the back as well. Then cut into slices, but not all the way through. Place a slice of feta cheese into each slice. Transfer this to an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with finely sliced spring onions, and place in a preheated oven (200°C) for 15 minutes. Serve with baguette, baked potatoes, or rice.
