Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 leg(s) (duck leg)
  • 4 stalks thyme, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

very simple and super tender

Season the duck leg with salt and pepper. Place two sprigs of thyme into the roasting bag, then place the duck leg on top and cover with the remaining thyme. Pour the oil and red wine into the bag with the meat, seal, and cook in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour. Serve with side dishes as desired.
