Vegetable soup for lazy people

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 handfuls of soup vegetables, frozen
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • pepper
  • n. B. Broth, instant, (e.g. Tellofix)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Once the water boils, add the frozen vegetables (this also works if they’re still frozen). Then simmer for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the Cabanossi into slices about 0.5 cm wide. Finally, add the Cabanossi to the pot and season with a little pepper and broth, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
