Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 140 g flour
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 130 g natural yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of vanilla flavor
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • e.g. Nutella or jam
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Melt the butter in the microwave. Beat the sugar and egg until fluffy. Add the salt and vanilla extract. Whisk in the melted butter and yogurt. Add the flour and baking powder and whisk until a smooth batter forms. Half-fill 8 muffin tins. Add 1 teaspoon of Nutella or jam to each and cover with the remaining batter. Bake the duffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes. Then remove the duffins from the oven and let them cool. Melt the butter and, once cooled, brush the duffins with the melted butter. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon to taste and completely cover and sprinkle the duffins with it.
