Dukan Oat Bran Pancakes, HK Pancakes

- 2 tbsp Oat bran
- 1 tbsp Wheat bran
- 1 Egg
- Milk 0.1%
- If possible, grind the HK and WK in a coffee grinder to fine flour. Put the ingredients in a bowl and pour in a little milk until it results in a creamy, liquid crepe batter. One likes it thicker, the other more fluid. So start with caution, possibly with tbsp-wise.
- Let a small pan get hot and possibly add a little oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking.
- Add 3-4 tablespoons of batter to the pan for each pancake. Make about 2-3 pieces.
- Cream cheese with salmon, poultry salami, turkey etc. fits as a topping. For PG days also with a little cucumber or salad as a wrap. Also very tasty with a sweet quark spread.
