Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 pinch of salt

First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the flour and salt, then mix the ingredients with a mixer. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Add a little butter to the pan and fry the potatoes over medium heat. Now add the mixed ingredients to the pan. If the batter is sticky, add a little butter to the pan. When the batter is golden brown on both sides, break it into small pieces. Then fry the dumplings a little longer. We recommend adding chives or, for those who prefer a sweeter dish, applesauce.
